eGift Cards
How does it work?
You will be guided through a form where you:
select if the Gift Card is for: an individual, a group, or to be paid for by a collective group.
select the amount you would like to load onto the gift card.
(note: a standard session is £5 studio fee plus the cost of their choice of pottery, which usually ranges from £15 - £25, so £20 - £30 would cover most options for a single painter)
input the name and email of the recipient, OR opt to send it to yourself.
select whether you would like to send it instantly, or schedule it for a selected date.
finally, add your contact details and a personal message.
How do you redeem the Gift Card?
When a giftee is ready to redeem their gift card they should:
Book in as normal through the website, and pay the deposit.
At the end of the session, they need to provide the 16 digit code from their Gift Card, and the amount will be deducted from their final sum.
If the Gift Card amount covers both their choice of pottery and their Studio Fee, their deposit will be refunded.
If the Gift Card does not cover their final balance in full, any difference can be paid for on the day.
Do you sell physical Gift Cards?
We do not sell physical gift cards.
If you would like to give a physical card, we suggest you select the option to send the Gift Card to yourself, and then write the 16 digit number in any physical card of your choice, e.g. A Birthday Card (see example below)
